Puppies are vet checked before they leave to their forever homes. Every puppy is microchipped and vet report is given to the puppy parent. It is a comprehensive report,  which is given by my vet.  The puppies have a complete physical examination. The puppies are checked for patella, cardiac, hips, ears, hernias.  I also do a titer test if requested by the puppy parent. The puppies have 2 sets of shots before they leave.

I release puppies between 10-12 weeks. At that age, they already litter box trained or pee pads trained.  I do not release puppies at 8 weeks. I firmly believe that it is too early and they are not ready yet for the forever homes. They need their time with the mother and more importantly, to have two sets of shots before they leave.

The seller should be  informed about the vet examination results.  If the examination indicates that at time of the sale the puppy was unfit for purchase due to life threatening illness the Buyer may return the puppy to the breeder for a replacement puppy of equal value or refund.

If puppy is returned, return must be made within 14 days of purchase, with all alleged health risks.

Buyer is responsible for the daily health care and maintenance of the puppy ,including all immunizations and examinations recommended after purchase, as well as providing necessary medications and follow up treatments from your veterinarian. In order for the guarantee to remain in effect you must keep  all records to verify that you have regularly taken your puppy to a licensed veterinarian for check up’s and all required immunizations throughout his or her life. All puppies come with all deworming according to their age, but are not guaranteed against parasites including  coccidia and giardia.

If within 1 year from the date of birth ,the dog described of above is found and certified by a licensed veterinarian to have congenital or hereditary disorders which adversely affect the health and longevity of the puppy and if the seller is notified  of the veterinarian’s determination, the seller will provide a replacement puppy of equal value based upon  availability at the time. I also reserve a right to seek a second opinion of the vet of my choice.

If no puppy’s are available at the time you will be placed on a waiting list.

In the unlikely event of the death of the puppy/dog within 1 year from birth due to genetics, the Buyer will need to provide a veterinarian’s  report regarding the above mentioned. The Seller shall replace the puppy/dog with another puppy of equal value.

In case, of inability to keep the puppy, the puppy will be returned to the breeder.
